New handout for Nerve mobilization in the upper limbs
Our nerves are responsible for the proper movement and sensory functioning of our arms. When nerves aren’t acting quite the way they should be, we can feel unique “nerve like” symptoms such as numbness, pins & needles, burning, electricity, observational differences between the arms, etc.
One of the best methods to fix nerve-like symptoms is to help the nerves move like they are supposed to. Purposely mobilizing our nerves can help to break scar tissues attached to a nerve and pump away excess swelling in the area.
Learn about the basics of nerve mobilization and how to perform them in the upper limb by checking out my new handout posted here.
